New Autism Diagnosis (Punjabi)

May 28 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Facilitated by REACH Family Navigators Pindi Mann and Priya Nair. The New Autism Diagnosis Orientation is for parents and caregivers of children and youth recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The first few months after receiving a diagnosis for their child may be confusing and overwhelming for parents/caregivers. The New Autism Diagnosis Orientation provides information and support so that no family is left on their own to start this journey.

The New Autism Diagnosis Orientation is designed to help families:

  • Gain understanding of the diagnosis
  • Find out how Autism Funding works
  • Learn about government services and programs
  • Find available resource sin the community

Orientation sessions are approximately 2 hours in length. Sessions will be run in both English and Punjabi on different days. The sessions are in a small group format to allow parents to ask questions. You can attend in-person or via ZOOM.

To register please contact Pindi  (English). Sessions are held at REACH North Delta House, 10921 82 avenue, Delta, B.C. V4C 2B3
